I collaborate to design human-centred strategies and solutions for organisational innovation, transformation and change, leveraging Organisational Psychology and Design Thinking.
I am passionate about designing human-centred innovation and change for organisations and the greater good. After 20 years working for organisations as a Consultant and employee I believe modern work design needs new thinking and approaches. Determined that work could be better for everyone, I founded HumansAspect.Org to redesign how we work, starting with myself. Now I want to collaborate to help other people, teams and leaders to get excited about and experience the opportunities of great work design for individual and business health.

An award winning designer, creator, coach and mentor with a portfolio career of academic and professional roles for over 20 years, as an applied Organizational Psychologist, I offer clients advanced skills in designing, delivering and operating multifaceted transformation programs which generate measurable positive outcomes.
Clients have spanned private and corporate sectors, national and international, from blue chip to start up. With experience in APAC, EMEA, US & China I am experienced at global, regional and market level working working for and with Global CEO’s to Ministers, to Chief People Officers, Culture Leads, Heads of Global Communication Functions, to Professors of Social Marketing.
With COO, MD and Managing Partner responsibilities under my belt I am well versed in the intricacies of business, advocating and operating a hands on approach, offering human centric, motivational solutions, with particular emphasis on constructive feedback and action based goals.
Now, I am complimenting my time at Human Aspects with my pursuit of a PhD, focusing on critical discourse analysis of communications organisations use when making change, all with the intention to bring more effective and actionable insight to our partners, clients and colleagues.

Jason Langley
An experienced Communicator and Communications Coach, I work with business leaders from a wide range of sectors to speak with confidence, to express their ideas with clarity and impact, and to lead their teams with charisma and inspiration. I coach individuals and lead group workshops on communication skills, confidence, collaboration, creativity and emotional intelligence.
I began my career at the prestigious British drama school LAMDA and have worked as a professional actor on stage and screen for over two decades. I now combine this training and experience to employ performance techniques in a powerful and accessible way.
My clients have included England Rugby Football Union, Amazon, Thames Water, Channel 4, UK Civil Service, Inner Temple, Citibank and Vauxhall. I work as part of the Associate Faculty at Cranfield School of Management and am the Lead Associate for LAMDA Leading Edge.
